What to Drink to Lose Weight
Hi, I’m Ivana Chapman and today I’m going to talk to you about what you should drink to lose weight.
The main thing is water, but I’m sure you’ve already got that covered. The other thing you can drink is caffeine or sources of caffeine like teas and coffees. Not a lot obviously, but two or three cups a day is actually going to give you a thermogenic effect so you’re going to be fat burning a little bit. Green tea in particular has been shown to increase fat burning. I mean the effects are quite mild, but if you want to drink something other than water once in awhile, then just absolutely plain coffees and teas are the best thing to go for.
The main things that you shouldn’t drink while you’re trying to get leaner are fruit juices. Just full of sugar. Any of those detox fruit juice things, don’t even bother with any of that. It’s just sugar, sugar, sugar and that’s not what you want if you want to get lean.
Diet drinks, I’m not a huge fan of either. There’s all sorts of chemicals in there. You don’t want to know what acesulfame potassium is going to do to your body later on, but it may also cause digestive issues and that’s going to effect that six pack effect. Right, so you want to keep your stomach nice and lean.
You don’t want to be bloated so stick to water and caffeinated drinks and you’ll be well on your way to a great fat burning physique.
