Hi, it’s Ivana, helping you get fit, healthy, and strong at any age.

In this video, I’m showing you plank variations for all levels, beginner, intermediate, and advanced.

Try the plank exercises that are best for your own level.

As you get stronger, work your way up to the more challenging exercises.

Beginner Plank Variations

1 High Plank Hold

2 Planks From Knees

3 Side High Plank Hold

  • Do this exercise on both sides

4 Shoulder Tap Hold

5 Side Planks From Knees

  • Do this exercise on both sides

Intermediate Plank Variations

6 Single Arm High Plank

  • Do this exercise with both arms

7 Side Plank Lifts From Knees

  • Do this plank exercise on both sides

8 Plank To Push-Up

9 High Plank Twists

  • Do this plank exercise on both sides

10 Standard Plank

11 Plank With Leg Lifts

  • Do this plank exercise on both sides

13 Plank With Hand Reach

14 Side Plank Lifts

  • Do this plank exercise on both sides

15 High Plank Rotations

Advanced Plank Variations

16 Plank Step-Outs

  • Step out from side to side

17 Contralateral High Planks

18 Pike Planks

  • Do this plank exercise on both sides

21 Inchworm Planks

22 Single Arm Plank Hold

23 Star Holds

  • Do this plank exercise on both sides

24 Contralateral Planks

25 Plank With Knee Tucks

  • Do alternate knee tucks, from leg to leg

Although sets and reps haven’t been included,  you can easily turn this into a plank workout.

Just choose plank exercises for your level and then put them together, with short rest periods.
