I’m a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, former international athlete, and have competed in 12 natural bodybuilding competitions, including the Canadian Nationals.

I Was Jumping From Diet To Diet To Lose The Last 20 Pounds, Until I Realized My Mistake

 

I’d cut out all the foods I loved, determined to “eat clean”.

But after weeks (or sometimes months) of deprivation, I’d inevitably break.

And when I did?

It wasn’t just a small indulgence. It turned into a full-on binge, eating a whole tub of Ben & Jerry’s or inhaling every chocolate in sight.

I felt like a failure, which only led to more eating. And a lot of guilt.

What everyone had told me about restrictive diets was the problem - not me.

Because if you can't maintain the diet, you can't STAY lean.

So I set out to find a sustainable way of eating.

After a decade of trial and error, I developed a science-backed, practical approach that maximizes fat loss without constant food cravings.

Finally, I was free to be able to enjoy ice cream without guilt, lose fat without hunger, and trust myself around food again.

Optimal health isn't about restriction, it's about BALANCE.

I thought hours of cardio was the fastest route to fat loss, but focusing on weight training got me the lean muscle I wanted

 

Even after having my son, I rebuilt enough muscle to compete 3 times in the IFBB Canadian Nationals in Natural Bodybuilding. 

By this point, I was a parent and business owner without much free time.

I'd discovered an efficient way of training that helped me maintain a lean physique year-round, without spending every day in the gym.

I can also enjoy special occasions and vacations without guilt, knowing that by following my approach I won't lose my progress.

When I shared my system with my clients, they got amazing results too.
