I Was Jumping From Diet To Diet To Lose The Last 20Â Pounds, Until I Realized My Mistake

Iâd cut out all the foods I loved, determined to âeat cleanâ.
But after weeks (or sometimes months) of deprivation, Iâd inevitably break.
And when I did?
It wasnât just a small indulgence. It turned into a full-on binge, eating a whole tub of Ben & Jerryâs or inhaling every chocolate in sight.
I felt like a failure, which only led to more eating. And a lot of guilt.
What everyone had told me about restrictive diets was the problem - not me.
Because if you can't maintain the diet, you can't STAY lean.
So I set out to find a sustainable way of eating.
After a decade of trial and error, I developed a science-backed, practical approach that maximizes fat loss without constant food cravings.
Finally, I was free to be able to enjoy ice cream without guilt, lose fat without hunger, and trust myself around food again.
