You probably don’t want to do these all at once. You can mix them up however you like.
Some of these dumbbell exercises are more advanced, so they may or may not be suitable for you.
But I’m shooting these exercises all in one day. So my legs are probably going to feel this!
(My legs were sore for four days!).
